All UV index readings, peak-hour forecasts, pavement temperature estimates, and paw safety guidance shown on SunUVIndex are provided for general informational purposes only. They are model-based estimates and are not a substitute for professional medical, dermatological, or veterinary advice. Always use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional before making health-related decisions for yourself or your pet.

3. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that data will be accurate, complete, timely, or uninterrupted.

4. Third-party data

SunUVIndex relies on third-party APIs (Open-Meteo, ipapi.co, Wikipedia) for weather, location, and imagery. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of these services.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SunUVIndex and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including sunburn, heatstroke, paw injuries, or other harm — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information presented on this site.

6. Advertising

SunUVIndex is supported by ads served by Google AdSense and other partners. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, overload, or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the site, or to use it in a manner that violates any applicable law.
